A-Z Engraving has been doing MG name badges for many years. The company has the WSU Extension Master Gardener Program Logo for the badges. You can ask them to print your County Name and Class year under the volunteer’s name if you wish.
MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A PROOF OR SPECIFICALLY INDICATE WHAT FONT YOU WANT THE NAMES ON YOUR BADGES PRINTED IN. Failure to do so does not constitute an error on behalf of A-Z Engraving.
To avoid time delays and mistakes, FAX your order to A-Z Engraving about 6 weeks before you need the badges and follow up with a phone call within a day or two. Indicate on the FAX your deadline for receiving the badges. Call a week before your deadline to make sure your order is in process.
Years of Service Recognition Pins
Lapel pins to honor MG’s who have contributed volunteer time for multiple years are provided by the WSU Extension MG Program leaders office. Two weeks before your recognition event, please send a list of vounteers who will be awarded pins in each year category (5, 10, 15, etc.).
Use the following chart to determine when to award pins to MG volunteers.
