The Evergreen Thumb Podcast, launched in 2023, is produced by Washington State University Extension Master Gardener program volunteers and sponsored by the Master Gardener Foundation of Washington State. This podcast highlights research-based horticulture and environmental stewardship knowledge, helping listeners grow and manage their gardens while showcasing the mission of WSU Extension Master Gardener programs.

Episodes are released bi-weekly and feature expert horticulturists, Master Gardeners, and enthusiastic plant advocates sharing practical advice and regional insights. Topics range from plant care and sustainable gardening practices to organic pest control, landscaping design, and solutions tailored to the unique climate and flora of Washington.
